Carmen Beals began designing jewelry as a teen. With only a $15.00 a month budget and a love for fashion, she would go to department stores and purchase discounted broken necklaces and reassembled those pieces to create her own special designs. With a degree in Civil Engineering and a MBA, Carmen combined her academic background with her passion to launch Carma Designs, a line of jewelry that showcases the earth’s most radiant semi-precious jewels, stones and shells.
